I might try a set GPS's next. How grippy are they on tar. I need the things to stick in the corners more than on dirt as I'm a slow dirt rider.

If there the're anything like the Adventure, they should suit Andrew, apparently you can reverse them to make them more on or more off road orientated.

BLURB FROM THE MX STORE

Designed to get you anywhere on the globe and back home again. Long mileage, serious traction and smooth transition from pavement to gravel to dirt, the GPS does it all well.

Features:

Reversible to suit the rider’s needs – either 50/50 or Mostly Off Road.
In 50/50 direction the GPS is a well behaved street-able tire with smooth cornering transition from centre to cranked all the way over.
In Mostly Off Road direction the aggressive straight line hook up and cornering drive is engaged.
Technically 25% stronger than many other adventure tyres.
Deeper thread than most adventure tyres.
Unique compound for long mileage.
Dependable traction in a wide variety of conditions.
Cheers Baz.

Sounds good. I'll order some up for my next set.
