Yep the Squadrons will definitely burn a few retinas if looking straight into them - on the original 1 light set up I used a skene dimmer connected to the hi/low beam switch so it worked like a normal headlight - this dual setup will be a bit different Squadron sport (top light) with skene dimmer will run at about 20% or maybe 50% (not sure yet) on low beam but on high beam both sport and pro will work giving me 8000 lumens so i doubt getting caught out at night won't be a worry

Picked up some side plates from Good Ol' USofA - they weren't sure in the beginning if they would work but once explained all good to go

Just need to fabricate a mount to bolt to the original frame mount - I'll just make a basic one for a template and then give to a fabrication shop to make properly with stronger 5083 hi tensile aluminium

Anyhow here's a couple of pics of stage 1 - just need to make a speedo and GPS mount and shazaam all done (in theory)

If you can draw what you want, Ill do the CAD and 3D print it and send it to you.
That way you cant test it out for fit before getting it fabricated properly.

some of the last bits (I hope) of the project turned up today -
still works out cheaper than upgrading to something new besides nothing out there makes me want to put more pressure on the home loan

A bit of shed time keeping out of the wet and cold weather - allowed for some work on the Rally Tower. Almost done just a bit of fine tuning and ready for a test ride
