So here I go again.
Plan is to soften up the base valve.
Not really touching the high speed, just the low speed stack

And pull the base valves out the bottom.
Disassembly of the forks not needed for this.

Changed a few things, mainly removed the 3 of the 24 x 15 shims and replaced them with 4 24 x 10

It was a little harsh on the slower rocky and corrugated stuff.
This should add some plushness without affecting the mids and high speed damping much.
But we will see what the result is like.

All trial and error.
No changes except for the base valve

An oppotunistic score of of some light weight Warp 9 rotors to go with the rear Braking solid rotor!
Didnt need them but they were cheap and the less unsprung weight the better

And I wasnt happy with the small red volt meter.
Couldnt see it in daylight so swapped it out for a larger brighter blue one.
Hopefully wont be too bright at night :confused:
