Hmmmm.. i'll have a look

power is my biggest issue, i'm at the end of the string and 415 is a long way away so i will have to use that phase converter and its not that big

Little confused as to why you say it wont screw cut. Appears to have change gears and a screw cutting dial.

I could screw cut on it but its a major headache with a single lead screw that has no separate feed shaft.
Its either one or the other, screw cutting or cutting feeds.
Ive got the gears setup for optimum feeds I use, if I change the gears to use for screw cutting a particular thread Im then well outside the realm of a reasonable feed rate to use on turning..
So although its possible, its a pain in the arse.

If I really had to, I could but its a very tedious, time consuming, fiddly and awkward process.
And I guess Im lazy and havent got the patience :crazy:

I'm impressed, have no idea what you have done, but I am impressed, I can use a lathe, just what you did is way beyond me.
