Another newbie :)

Post by isolation » Sat Oct 03, 2015 8:04 pm

Hey all,

DR650 rider here from western Sydney.

Way to many commuting kms on the DR, so I've been trying to hit the dirt a lot more. Most of my exploring has been done solo, so definitely keen to meet up with others.

Plenty to learn, so will be keeping my eyes on you gurus

Happy trails :)

John

Hey Ockerstrom,

Mate thanks for the invite, will definitely be keeping an eye on that.

I reckon i could out slow you on the dirt, so it could be you and me at the back of the pack having a slow off lol

I've been thinking lately about exploring the trails that follow the Macdonald river and seeing how far they go. Was wondering if i could get up as far as Melon and Ivory Creeks? I'm sure some of you guys may have already checked that area out.

Looking forward to future adventures

ha ha... Mate I'm kinda glad I still have the stock fuel tank, cause that's about as much as my butt can handle on the stock seat :broken:

Sounds awesome 1coolbanana! Hopefully my shabby riding ability doesn't turn day trips into overnighters
