Very impressive stuff with the big GSs

Similar with last years' enduro version of the BMW Safari, up in the Vic high country

Some great riders in there - Ballard / Riemann / Miles Davis

Nothing orange in sight ...

I wondered how they organised that

Most of Adam Riemann's vids (Motology) seem to include helicopter footage - in one shot I saw a little remote controlled helicopter drone with a camera on it - I don't know whether this is used routinely, but a smart option ...

Have a look at this: "Follow Me - 3DR’s 3rd Person View (3PV) Follow Me technology turns your Iris+ into your own hands-free aerial camera crew that puts you in the middle of your own adventure. The Iris+ can be easily setup to follow any GPS enabled Android device. Not only will the Iris+ follow you, but this advanced technology controls the gimbal to keep the camera centered on you, capturing sweeping cinematic video from a perspective unlike any other."

I've seen some Aussies on Kato's overseas somewhere, made a good trip record using go pro's & a drone.
Even a major electrical retailer sells cheap versions of drones, so they're not overly expensive if you want to make first rate ride reports :)

Same bloke (Adam Riemann) who made the two BMW safari movies above

He was a Husky devotee, then KTMs - did a review of the 1200GS some years ago, where he thought it was like riding a rhino - since then, seems to have done a fair bit with GSs
