Zumo topo software

Post by DustyWheels » Thu Apr 15, 2010 7:46 pm

I've finally bit the bullet and ordered a zumo 550 ($755 with 2 gb sd card).

From what I understand, for topo maps I need either Oztopo or Shonky maps ?, and many seem to think Shonky is as good if not better that Oztopo, and its free

My questions is can I use Oziexplorer with the Zumo or do I need to ignore it and just go with Mapsourece and my choice of Topo(Shonky)

I might ride like crap, but I'm having fun, I think

Ignore it :D
Not sure its compatible with the other apps?
Unless you have some very specific reason to use it???

City Nav, Shonky and Mapsource all work seamlessly together.

Works well for me

My 2 cents worth :D
Cowabunga dudes .......
