I will be looking at one tomorrow, then might go out to PP and see The Hell Team and some of the local riders there in the afternoon.
How did you get on with this?

Was this the bike you were looking at (below)?

Does look good, and seems well priced

I reckon you'd enjoy a trials bike

Surprising how it gets under your skin

I think it's a shame that the mainstream bike shops don't get into trials

While they continue to be sold only by a handful of small esoteric outfits, they'll probably remain a bit marginal

They're great looking little things - would perk up any bike showroom

The only sad thing is that the new WR now feels like a VStrom

Apparently there are trials riders still actively riding in club comps at age 85....

Are you saying you are older than that...? :chair:
No, just too much crash damaged and certain parts of my anatomy no longer have the required dexterity.
EG.......like my spine

NSW Trials Championship, Sydney, Sunday May 3

If anyone is keen to watch some high-quality trials, the first round of the NSW Championship is on next Sunday (3rd May) at 1 Cheeseman's Rd, Cattai (Sydney)

i.e. about here: http://goo.gl/bwpDxR

The event will be hosted by the Lower Mts MC Club, but will not be held at their grounds

Event details here: http://www.trials.com.au/events/new-sou ... mpionships

I'm going to try to get up there, but a bit unsure at present

On my memory of trials, I remember watching Mick Andrews at an open trial on the Heathcote road, demonstrating the new TY250B ?
The "spin out" for me was, he did the same sections on a TY80, with as much ease as the bigger bike.:surprised: Must dig out the photos & post up.
