summer riding Jacket

Post by DustyWheels » Wed Oct 03, 2012 5:54 pm

As much As I love my Rev'it "sand" Gear, I find it a tad warm when the temps get into the high tewenty and beyond.

Today I had a look at the Rev'it Tornado (pity it only comes in white) and the Rev'it Tarmac Air.

I'm interested to hear what the ORE Collective likes/dislikes etc
I might ride like crap, but I'm having fun, I think

I've got one of these and it vents really well in Summer.

Thanx Mark, will see if I can find one locally to look at, but wonder how they vent for those of us that don't ride at warp speed

I wore the Tornado Jacket and pants on a 12 day ride to the Flinders and Innaminka in August with temps varying between 2 deg and 30 deg. On a hot day the jacket vented well with the lining removed and just a t-shirt underneath and the silver colour reflects the heat as opposed to black absorbing it. I don't ride at warp speed either.
